The mission of Angel Caring House is to provide excellent, compassionate home care services given to the ill, aging and disabled residents in need of the greater Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester County communities.

Philosophy

Angel Caring House was established with the belief that each individual regardless of age, race, religious beliefs, national origin, sex, handicap, or economic status is entitled to maximize his or her optimum level of Care status towards more complete physical, mental and social well being.

It is our philosophy to include both the consumer and family to the fullest extent possible, based on their abilities, in their care planning and implementation. As a member of the Care community, Angel Caring House works cooperatively with other community agencies in order to meet t he ever changing Care needs wit hin the communities we serve. The staff of Angel Caring House is committed to making our communities a Caring and better place to live as a result of our presence.

Angel Caring House would like to thank you for entrusting your Home Care needs to our agency. Your care and rehabilitation is as important to us as it is to you, and we want you to know that we will do all we can to meet your needs.

Angel Caring House's teams of home Care aides, Direct Care Workers, Care Coordinators are dedicated to promoting the physical, social and emotional well-being of our consumers, their families and friends. We also believe in the dignity and rights of each individual and promise t hat we will respect our consumers, listen to their personal wishes, and uphold their rights as a consumer.

Angel Caring House is a Medicaid certified Home Care Agency. Since many of our ser vices and Home Care procedures may be new to you, this booklet will help you to become better acquainted with us, to more fully understand what is involved in Home Care, and to make certain you understand your rights and responsibilities as a consumer. If you still have questions or don't understand the information in this booklet, please don't hesitate to call us or ask your Home Care team when they visit.
